I feel overwhelmed and burntout: Clearing and Energizing Breathwork Practice

Today we will do a clearing and energizing breathwork practice to get you out of your mind and back into the body. If you’re feeling sluggish or stuck, adding an energizing and clearing breathwork routine into your day can help you feel more alert and focused. Using specific breathing techniques increases your energy and clarity, promoting a sense of vitality and motivation.

Get into a comfortable position. Seated or lying down, holding the mantra, “I am safe,” in your mind. Let’s begin with our hands pressed together at the chest in prayer with three deep breaths.
